100% crop before sharpening added @ 1/250s - f/4.5 - ISO200 - 44mm; Can't remember my focus point and I'm too lazy to check the original file for it.

Shame that last one was on ISO1600 on the 400D ( did not realise it had somehow been set that high) could have been so much better *sigh*

My first contribution to this thread. I received this lens 2 days ago and have put a couple hundred clicks on it sizing it up, and am thoroughly impressed. A couple of examples. Both have had a little sharpening and small adjustment to layers.

I bought this lens of e-bay a few months ago. After a re-calibration it is now so sharp it hurts. I haven't sharpened a photo in PS since. If it needs it, it probably wasn't a good enought shot!

Anyway, I thought I should contribute something to this thread as it was the reason I bought the lens. I'll start with a duck and post some more soon.

Comments always welcome:D

I'm going to really miss this lens.
I have a 5dmkII coming in the mail in a week :D.

I know most people in this thread probably have this lens as their own, but if anyone is interested in buying a used copy, send me a message as mine is going up for sale soon along with my 40d.
