Yes this was taken from about midway between the Capitol Building and the Washington Monument on the Mall. Cropped out all the Teapartyers :)

Thanks guys, truly appreciated! It's a warm duotone that I then applied 3 masked levels adjustment layers (building, sky and bushes) and a black/white gradient map on overlay with reduced opacity

This was probably at about 2pm. I think it got a good bit bigger. They didn't have the right kind of permit to allow them to all congregate on the Mall, so they were fanned out to the right and left for blocks
