Hello,

Spotted this tiny thing on a fencepost today, it looked a bit less than 1mm in length. Would anyone care to shed some light on what it is please? I've tried looking up the googlenet, but nothing :(

It looks like a baby something, and looks like it is growing some wings?

Clicky photos for larger versions if you like.
