Everyone loves the P-51 Mustang and with as many great photogs on here....Share you favorite pics of everyones favorire warbird (well at least of most people...LOL). I know a couple of you have some (Andy and Tim I'm lookin in your direction.. :lol:)

IIRC, the radiator is down there. Mustangs are liquid cooled and were very vulnerable to ground fire when on ground attack missions. One round through the radiator and the engine could/would seize.

Hence, the P-47 got the bulk of the (so called) "Dicing Missions."
