Not bad for a first shot. I'd recommend a tripod for next time though ;)
If you have no money for that, you can use your environment. For example the low fence that's in your shot - just put your camera on there (you'll still need to hold it) and you'll gain a lot of stability, plus the shot's guaranteed to be straight.

Welcome to POTN Bright Rider - and XWarrior has some good advice there. You need a stable platform for these types of shots. That lets you move the f-stop up a bit, and go with a longer exposure.
