I just watched this episode the other day on Hulu. I love The Office.
They only showed small clips from their elopement in the final cut. Probably because of all the water and noise. They showed just enough to give you an idea of what they were doing.
They probably also worked so efficiently because of the conditions. But they probably work pretty quickly on a regular basis too.

The wrist band was worn by the extras. There were 35 extras plus film crew & stars, equaling about 70 people in total. The boat loaded about 100 tourists for the ride, too---they had the top deck and the back part of the lower deck.
