I wonder how many extension tubes it would take to get the min focus distance inside of 10 feet.

what i would like to know is, what the IQ is when stacking 1.4TC's:cool:

pffffft....that's small time. i planned on putting a 2x teleconverter for 10400mm or with a 1.6x camera...16,640mm f/27!

that's just over 332X zoom. that's like shooting something 32 feet away (which is probably the MFD), if they were 2 miles from you!

too bad at f/14 it has to be manual focus. haha, can you imagine the motor that would be need to AF that thing? it would probably have to run on gas.

Ehh, it's NOT WHITE! So no thanks!

Besides, it wouldn't fit in my carry on.

thanks!

If I remeber the literature correctly, the top left image above is a view of the Women's dressing room at Warner Brothers as photographed from somewhere down near Oceanside... :D

The first thing that popped into my head was the movie "Tootsie" where the director asks the camera operator to zoom out a little and his reply was something along the lines of "How about to Cleveland?"

Ah, I see. But I still liked the idea of arbitrarily picking my city, though.
