Canon 1.4x TC with Canon 17-55mm

I'm not sure if Canon 1.4x TC will work with my Canon EF-S 17-55MM ?
If so, could you post the sample image here for me please ?

I believe not, maybe other brands like kenko or tamron TCs will work
Canon ones are designed for L lenses, you may try using with a 12mm tube between it and the lens but I dont know how would it affect the focus

I don't think a tcon will work with any efs lens. Have you read the tcon sticky?

No I din't .
That mean , 17-55 don't need to use Extender ?

some non-Canon extenders will work just fine
but that's kind of a waste...

Just stop down to f4 for extra sharpness and crop when you need that extra 40% reach.
