You just need to be a registered Canon EOS owner and submit the rebate form with your new camera purchase. That brings a new T1i body purchase down to $599 at B&H (currently $649). Couple that with finding the item through Bing and you can probably get it brand new for around $580 or so. Maybe a little less at another retailer. They also have a rebate program on their PIXMA Pro printers when purchased with certain EOS camera bodies. If you purchase this camera new through Bing you get a $400 rebate (for the PIXMA Pro 9000 + T1i) plus your Bing cashback.
