I wish they would put dummy bombs in them when they opened the doors. It just seems stupid to have it empty and showing it off.

I don't think the pilots would want the extra weight for flying air show demos.

I haven't seen this in person either... and probably won't (i go to car shows instead of the air show... cause the air show happens at the wrong time each year)

I guess it probably could but if they never opened the weapons bay doors, how would we know? :lol:

I've seen shots where some European Air Forces like to do F-16 demos with "Smokewinders" on the wingtips as well.

The Kaneohe airshow this year will also have a Raptor demo, I can't wait!
