Heard it's not as good as the 1DIII and that it's optimized for low ISO (studio) usage. I do wedding, PJ and bit of studio work. // visualverve

I have both and use both, for sports and fast actions wildlife and so i always use 1DIII even 1DsIII can be used sometimes, and for landscapes, portraits, wedding, outdoor urban,.... i always use 1DsIII even 1DIII can be used, and i never worry about high ISO in any camera even 10D or older, just use camera as you can and watch your exposure and you will be fine always. I've no compunction to upgrade eithe oner, so you must be very happy with the 1DM3 and the 5D2. You are allowed to value what you have! Tony

I wasn't sure which I'd keep, and I'll have both for a while, but I can see myself keeping the 1DIII over the 5D now. I have to shoot more and see how the IQ compares between the 2.
