Damn, Phamster you have now made me want one 35L! And your lighting skills are excellent. What are you using in these pictures? AB's or speedlights? What modifiers?

a ton of awesome pictures here from everyone. great job! most notably marloon.. something about the effect of his photos.

I almost have enough $$ for the 35L but I just can't pass up the 85L. As it stands, I really do need a better lens for wedding group photos (instead of my sigma 10-20).

Well call me crazy, but I just ordered this lens! Now why couldn't I have just taken up a hobby like knitting? My bank account would be much happier!

Drawing inspiration from MXRacer535's recent pics, I decided to take a few pics while preparing dinner:

Forgot to mention MXRacer, love the pic with the mushrooms - its position is what makes it special.

Thanks! yeah the 35L is a very sharp lens. i always pick it over my 24-70. thinking of getting rid of that thing. i bought it for 1025. when the rebates are over, i'll probably sell it since it doesnt get used.

Well anyways, here's some more guys! i hope you like it! (i'm not sure if the dog picture is a repost. I'm active in a couple of different local forums. LOL - but i am really loyal to POTN)

My girlfriend and I tend to visit the pet store at least once a week. Here she is petting one of the dogs. We intend to either adopt or buy 2-3 dogs once we get married - but that wont be for another 4 years or so.

These are my brother's gundams - (or toys to some haha). Even though he'll never let me touch any of them, I just had to snap a quick shot of them because I love the way he poses them in their "battle stance". LOL

have a great day guys! i'm gonna be out taking photos today. it's a beautiful day!
