Thoughts? Most of my gear is in my feedback. I want to get another lens or something else good (accessories are good too). I could probably kick in another $200 (my rebate is $200) for a total of $400.

Has SanDisk gone back to cash or are they still using the Visa cards?

You can just take that card to any bank and get cash.

Any fees?

I got several hundred back last year in the cards and just used them for my normal spending.

Haha thanks for suggestions. I can use my 580 ex II off camera using 7d as master but I was thinking about perhaps getting some other kind of off camera solution in order to maintain HSS off camera.

I believe sandisk is still using prepaid visa cards, that is what I am expecting at least.

The $200. rebate that I sent in was for prepaid cards. This link now says a check was mailed. I guess I'll know next week.

It says that but you will get the card. Mine said the same thing last year.

At least something is on its way, The last rebate I had with them took several phone calls to finally get a check, almost a year after the submission, it was also for prepaid cards.

They were slow, but not that slow. The deals were much better last year so I suspect that slowed them down. IIRC I got the cards right about three months after submitting the rebate to SanDisk.

There are a lot of lenses you could get with $400. What do you need? If you are just spending to spend, why not cash it in and save up for something you really want/need.

I just received my $200 card. You cannot get the cash. I called and asked how. They told me that there is not any cash access. It must be spent. It also has an experation date of 4/10 !

Oh well, time to go shopping.
