This was just taken with the 7D, thought it was somewhat sharp. Sharpened in LR pushed it to 25.

Maybe not my true sharpest, but one of my most surprising sharper shots. I ran out the back door and caught some shots of this bird from my back yard with my 40D and 70-300IS.

And a different bird with the same lens on a 350D --

It was one of my first shootings with a very old 300L2.8 non IS for a World ATV quad race in Pont de Vaux .. and very pleased with the results ..
