This was just taken with the 7D, thought it was somewhat sharp. Sharpened in LR pushed it to 25.

Maybe not my true sharpest, but one of my most surprising sharper shots. I ran out the back door and caught some shots of this bird from my back yard with my 40D and 70-300IS.

I don't know if I would be able to find the actual sharpest but here are a few with different camera's I've used that I think are pretty sharp..

It was one of my first shootings with a very old 300L2.8 non IS for a World ATV quad race in Pont de Vaux .. and very pleased with the results ..:D

Canon 40D, MP-E 65mm macro lens and MT-24ex flash. One of many close up images I have obtained with this setup. Spider is about 13mm in length. One of her eyes is damaged-BTW.
