Spent last week with the family in Park City, Utah. This was my first "winter" vacation and only the second time in my life that I've seen snow (we're Florida natives who vacation mostly in the Caribbean and sometimes at National Parks).

Anyway, since we were skiing most days or chasing our 3 year old around I didn't have a chance for photography. These were taken after pulling our car off the side of Big Cottonwood Canyon Rd after skiing in Brighton. Had to traverse down the side of snow covered hill and the dash read 8 degrees...with a feels like below zero.

C&C welcomed (all shot with my 5d and 17-40):

Very nice series, grizzy. We have been there a lot, but my wife would not go in the winter. Glad you had the chance to experience and enjoy a Utah winter.

Beautiful! Those shots make me cold looking at them - I'm in SW Florida, too!

Some nice shots there, snow can be quite tricky to expose properly if you're not used to it too.
