thought i would share a few pics i took of my friends son playing. i originally thought they wanted family pics. but then they told me they just wanted pics of the cute one! lol, so anyways comments & critiques would be greatly appreciated so i know how to improve. hope the parents are happy with these. :)

Nice shots to start with. I think you used the natural light well in 1 and 2.

1. I don't care for trees as photo props; it just doesn't seem to help the composition and I say that in general, not just about yours. Also it looks like the focus caught the ball but not his face and your DOF was short enough that both couldn't be sharp.

2. Very nice.

3. Decent use of on camera fill but you can tell by the colour. Look how much bluer it is compared to the one above. You can probably get it to match.
