There's a "show us your best sunsets" thread, but I couldn't find one for sunrises... More over, there has been an influx of sunrise shots from around the world... It's only fitting that we dedicate a thread to those captures... I'll start off with a few from my experiences...

It's strange that you post this today, I was watching the sunrise this morning thinking I should go grab my camera but it's so humid here it takes a while for the fog to clear so it would have been over before that happened... I might have to get up early this weekend and get out and photograph a Guam Sunrise! :)

One of my favorite shots I've seen on these forums. Nothing flashy but the colors and scene are just perfect.

I'm going to shoot my first sunrise ever tomorrow morning. Only problem is I haven't received any of the filters for my new lenses yet (they are shipping). So results may be pretty bad. I'm not hoping for anything spectacular.

With the tree shot, it was last year and the temp outside was -5 degrees. Bitter cold but man was it pretty. I shot the old fish smoke house in Lubec Maine this year on vacation. Rick
