PS works much better, with your way, you will never get a sharp photo.

An artistic photograph does not have to be sharp. I commend her for trying something different. A certain ghostly effect can be gained. People think too technicality, which causes them to lose creativity and artistic abilities.

perhaps, but we're talking about 'multiplicity' shots here which tend to look better sharp so you can on some level distinguish they are the same person.....kind of the point of doing it.

Here are a couple variations of this "multiple personality" concept this thread is about:

I disagree. Photography is an art form first, which means it is free to interpretation.

no it is fine. Two fingers are on the cigar, the rest are holding the lighter. everything is correct.

LOL - that's what I get for surfing through here late at night after a couple of beers (ok, maybe more than a couple). You are 100% right, and my eyes were playing tricks on me. :)

Yeah it is kinda distracting. Personally I probably would have shot the picture on the right again, so that the hands do not overlap. But it works, so that is all that really matters.

That is super cute :) Looks like she's a really cooperative model. My kiddo wouldn't stay still long enough to stage that!

I really like this one. Love how the figure in the center has to faces blended together like that. Great shot. The lighting works really nicely for this concept, too!

I wanted her to cry for one of the shots. I think I'm the only mother in the world who wanted her own child to cry for the camera :P It's not super creative, and I am doing to try again soon. But for my very first time I think it's aiight.

I emailed this to my mom with the subject title : "Look! I had quads!"

great job!

Now you just need to work on your focus point. ;)

Need to work on some more.
I admire those oldtime photog's that could make a model sit without motion for some minutes.

Just wanted to share this since it seems to be forgotten that photoshop is not the only way you can manipulate an image.

Well I like the idea, maybe I'll try something like that sometime.

Vikings / Bears game
Vikes down 17
We score 17 unanswered to come back to tie it up in 4th quarter
but bad guys drive and score heartbreaking touchdown
dispair - its over as not much time to play
We tried but will come up short......
But wait... we come back, great drive, all the way down to red zone!!
under a minute to play!
taking shots... but 1st and goal, 2nd and goal, 3rd and goal, 4th and goal..... Farve drops back
hes under pressure, clock running down, hes got a man in the corner of the endzone...............
TOUCHDOWN!!
toes drag TOUCHDOWN!!!!
Overtime!!!! It aint over just yet boys!!!
Bears win coin flip, grrr, but we stop Bears first drive
you aint got nothing....
We drive - Bears stop us... we aint got nothing...
we get stop!! Big stop - good field position...
need this
Vikes ball - we get huge run from big ticket #28 - Adrian Peterson!!!
dashes down to almost FG range!!!!! its going to be over!!!! #4 leading the team to another epic comback!!! Here we come Miami!!!
wait,... FUMBLE!!! - BALLS LOOSE!!! WHAT - &#^@%^!!! Bears have it Bears have it
Bears basically just need to inch closer to set up kicker... just a formality now... play it safe, run the ball, get a few yards, kick it...
They take a shot deep
Vikes think run, Bears say pass, House, TD, ball game, Bears
heartbreak...

Heh! With your "play by play" description, I thought it was pretty cool and it brought a smile to my face.
