I went out today with intentions to buy a 430 EX ii but when I got to the camera store they had closed early for New years eve. I was pretty bummed but on my way home I stopped at a camera repair shop and they had a used 430 EX for sale. It was way cheaper and I had done a little research before and knew that it wasn't too much different than the EX ii so I bought it. I started playing with it when I got home and WOW!!! I have heard from everyone that an external flash makes all the difference in the world and I must say that they are absolutely correct! I can tell I've just fed my addiction even more  Just wanted to share my excitement lol.
