I heard a rumor that Apple puts out their newest computers in March of every year. I am looking to buy my first Macbook and ready soon but someone told me to hold off a few more months so I can get the newest models.

What do you think? I can wait but am just so antsy!

Definitely wait, the new ones are coming out soon and are going to have some major features over what is already out. You won't be sorry you waited.

Well, you can wait months for a macbook that may or may not have the right technology for you, or you can buy the next gen machines now and even more within a few weeks. Intel just released their i3/i5/i7 mobile chips, and dell, asus, and others already are selling laptops with them. Unless you already have apple computers, you'll be throwing your time and money away for no good reason.

I don't hate macs or OSX, I hate people and statements that portray them as better than anything else. Macs are A solution, not THE solution. Get a good desktop i7 with Windows 7 and come tell me that sucks for photo or video editing.
