I've had my macro lens for a little over a year now, but only taken it out a handful of times...so I'm still learning. Just wanted to share a few of my shots that I got from a trip to Longwood Gardens back in November. Feel free to C&C. These were all handheld. I'd like to visit again soon and spend more time with a tripod too. Thanks for looking!

My brain exploded!

That equals, I like it, a LOT!
Really clean, beautiful, colorful, and sharp, nice all around.

Wow! I'm so jealous... I have been browsing around this forum as I debate whether or not to invest in a macro lens before or after I get a better gen purpose lens. All these pictures make me think a new macro is in the lead!

I especially love 4, 6, & 8.

Wow, those are great. #1 is my favorite, not sure why, I usually don't like anything pink.

I think you need to get out and practice some more. But this time take me with you so I can see how you take these amazing pictures. The colors are unbelievable.
