Did you want the sky to be yellow for the daylight shot? A white balance adjustment will remove it if you didn't.

Not really - but I didn't shoot raw. How can I make it better?

All I did was to set the white point using the levels adjustment in photoshop. There's some odd colors it the upper right portion of the sky that should be cloned out too.
