the 7d is only 1589 at digitalrev, com until jan 31st, so if anyone was looking for a good price without worrying about rebates there it is, just a heads up.

I got mine as a kit for about $2000 from Best Buy with 18 months same as cash.
I thought that was a pretty good deal.

i did the same and an 8gig udma card.

question though: are you paying for the monthly debt relief on the credit card? i called to cancel it and they did not want to cancel it. told me its like insurance, if the camera gets stolen or i lose it then i do not have to make anymore payments.

i think this is a load of BS?
its about 15 a month right now, oh its through the HDSC bestbuy card
your take on it?

I am trying to buy the 7D this week. I have search both Adorama and BH and they have 3% Bing cashback. I am ready to pull the trigger but can't decide.

I need this fast because I'll be taking a class at my U...just to learn to shoot with this thing :) I am not buying a kit because I will be using my older 18-55 is for class. I really want to purchase the 18-55 2.8 or 15-85mm or one with a red ring :) but I don't see any kits.

Help me decide...

I'm in Los Angeles :)

I wonder if BHPhoto would include a bag or controller if I tell them that Adorama includes it along with a Bag and better cleaning kit.

You can always ask. I get my gear from Amazon, Adorama and B&H. Which ever gives me free shipping and a good deal, I am not picky. I've actually been inside Broadway Photo and it's a good looking store, with lots of stuff, but it's not in the same league as the others. If the price is too good to be true, chances are, it's too good to be true. Some of these places sell the camera without batteries or other necessities. Be careful.
