I was deep in rural Manitoba, where not too many people live, when I found this spot. I was laying in the snow taking this shot when I heard a strange sound getting closer. Then I noticed a farmer pulling a trailer full of round bales with his tractor. I had to get back to my car and move as he could not get by. It was a first during my explorations. I normally park in the side of the road so vehicles can get by but not a huge farm tractor with a wide load. The recent blizzard has made for some really beautiful winter scenes. It was a pretty cold day and windy which makes your fingers and toes go numb after a while :)

Very creative; I love that shot! You can almost feel the dryness of that cold snow by looking at that detail!

I agree. I am so used to the snow that I can't find any great objects to shoot.
It is nice to see your work and see it in a different view

Wow! I love how you turned the simplicity of a subject into a masterpiece! The second shot is, IMHO, almost as stunning but the clarity and simplicity of the first shot is amazing! Thank you for sharing! ;-)a

Cheers,
LeBaron
