Ok, so it might be engrish, but my attention was first drawn to the 2nd point in the Terms and conditions where it states "No Negative feedback Buyers".
I guess that means, 'if you have a problem with our ebay experience, we don't want to hear about it!"

But the 'Illusion only' line made me do a double take... see (cropped screen capture) attached.

For your amusement only.

no negative feedback buyers means if you have poor feedback they will delete your bid and probably block you. i do the same thing. hell ask too many questions and you may get blocked :D.

having a Japanese mom i understand "engrish" pretty well, you see.

Nope.

It means if you HAVE negative feedback, please don't bid as we don't want to deal with deadbeats.

A lot of sellers don't want to deal with buyers with negative feedback.

Sadly, as sellers can no longer leave -ve feedbacks, there is now no way of telling if the bidder has a history of non-payment or chargebacks etc.

Like the illusion only clause though

"illustration" might be the word the ad is going for instead of "illusion"

I won a major claim against a Power Ebay Seller for using picture of a item then sending a substandard item. Classic Bait and Switch. The Power Seller drained their Paypal account and Ebay had to make good on the transaction. Nothing like the Power of an Attorney General.
