Saw this bird while walking in Belize. It was only there for a second or two and then it flew away. I'm not sure what kind of bird it is, so I figured I'd ask the pros. Any ideas?

I just looked them up and noticed they have impressive tails, too bad I wasn't able to get its entire tail feathers.
