My "P&S" is my old XT with a 28mm f/1.8 on it. :P (Yes, Yes, I know... but I just haven't found a P&S that doesn't feel and act like a toy)

A640 - It has a remarkable Green Box mode, I don't bother using it in anything besides Green box mode, everything's too different from a dSLR

Sony T-900.

It's fine but I bought it in a hurry, without much thought, to replace my beloved Sony DSC-T1 which slipped out of my wet fingers one day last Spring and didn't recover (white was now represented as pink.)

It is a better camera in every way than my old DSC-T1 but I just don't love the results I get. Whatever the magic my old camera had in my hands, this one hasn't got it. I know it's almost certainly my fault but I just can't seem to work with it.

With hindsight, I wish I'd bought a Canon instead but I so loved the DSC-T1 that I didn't even bother to research any other possibilities, I just bought the latest incarnation of it thinking I could just carry on where I'd left off.

LX3. With a bit of retro-pimping it even looks fantastic:
