On Wednesday I posted a lens to H Lehman Ltd in Stoke for a repair outside of warranty.

Today (three days later), the lens was delivered at 8:30am.

Is that excellent service or what?

Hopefully I wont need them for a repair again, but, if I did I would have no hesitation in using them once more.

It sounds like you were one of the lucky ones. Not everyone is so fortunate...

Very lucky, I've tried several places over the years and the Canon authorised Centre A. J. Johnstone & Co Ltd in Glasgow is the best by a country mile. My stuff only goes there now.

Could not see what you are posting it wanted me to log in and I do not use this site. I can only say what I experienced and a three day turn round (two days of which was posting) complete with fix is good service.

Lucky or not I received excellent service. Use what works for you, I know I will.

Hmm. It's a pity you need to log on. Here's the first post in that thread.

It is not my thread and I have not participated in it, but while you might have been lucky I think it is worth warning others that they might have less luck.
