On friday I had the wonderful privilege of being wedding photographer for Kate & Al who tied the knot in the beautiful town of Thornton Hough in the Wirral, UK. Such an ideal setting for a wedding. Friday morning the weather wasn't so great but by the afternoon it had stopped raining and so we were able to get some great photographs! Would have liked to take more in the town of Thornton hough as its all tudor buildings but it was too cold and floor was v wet...

Got fed a nice meal and was sat at the table for this one. Ran an hour and a bit over what we were paid for but we were eating during this time and i wasnt going to leave half way through the gorgeous meal!!!

Enjoyed it a lot and got lots of photos for a 7 hr wedding. The groom was shy to begin with but he loosened up nicely. Included a lot more b&w than I usually do. In the ceremony I was shooting in b&w as they looked so nice. It was RAW though so all colour is still available...

Thanks for looking!!!

PS: Sorry there are so many. Sorry if you get bored or think its overkill but thats how I roll

Just browsed your blog. The images are outstanding, especially the B/W ones. Tremendous work Tobiah.

Thanks for looking- which part of the sky would you crop? At the moment it retains a natural 6x4 crop I think

Tobiah, I think your images are fantastic & this one is no exception:) I was wondering when you light shots like this, where is your flash positioned in relation to the couple & your camera. I'm wanting to do more flash stuff & wondered if you could offer a few pointers please:) ?

Thanks!
