I had a little bit of time to go take some pictures today so I decided to try my hand and automotive photography. I didn't even have time to clean the car, so please excuse the filthy car. C&C is appreciated as this is only my second attempt.

Nice shots.

The Rsx does not look dirty to me.

Is your front license plate really that banged up? Other than the license plate, #1 is the best of the group.

Think about your crops. Do we need all that pavement in the first two? Crop to the important elements of the image, not to some arbitrary "Standard" frame or paper size. For prints, I never crop to fit a frame! Crop the shot as it should be cropped to make the subject look it's best, & then use a mat to cover the "excess" space in the frame.

Thanks for the comments everyone!

ChasWG - the front plate isn't banged up at all, I did some cloning so people couldn't read the number. I should have taken it off but that's something else to do for next time.

PhotosGuy, thanks for the welcome! I had never considered using a matte to fill the frame. I'll definately keep that in mind for the future.
