This was a race i went to a few weeks ago (and i just finished putting everything up today). This was a big race for those who are into small tire, heads up action. It was a weekend long race at South Georgia Motorsport Park. I took a lot of pictures, mainly ones in sequence. Here are the galleries of all 4 days of racing which contains over 1300 pictures. So if your into drag racing (even if not) and have some time. Check them out and let me know what you think.

I usually find drag racing pictures to be very boring, but yours are fantastic - very nice work

yep 99% of the track shots were with the 70-200mm. I did shoot for a little while with the 17-85mm from from the line. And around the pits i used the 10-22mm.

good to see some fellow racers that are photo enthusiasts as well. Bad thing is though I find my self having to read through my posts to make sure im not gonna get kicked off the boards when im not on YB.

Nice shots but what's with all the wheel stands? Putting the nose in the air just wastes time...

Jon.

lots of power + most not having wheelie bars = big wheelies. Being that its wasting time, a lot of these cars still went really really fast.

Great action pics! How do they do that on 10 1/2 inches of rubber? Wow! You really captured some great images. Nicely done.

Nice pictures,

You got one (maybe more) of David Wolfe's car, I used to work at his shop when the car was black.
