You can tell a lot about a person by how they handle a problem -- after a flawless transaction my lens developed a rattle somewhere between the East coast and the West Coast. cccc was a total gentleman about it, tried it out, even took it to a local repair place, but they thought it would be an expensive fix so he decided to return the lens to me so I can pursue a claim with the USPS. At no time did cccc give me any attitude despite the problem -- he understood the fact that sometimes stuff happens. I really appreciate his positive attitude and spirit of cooperation. Sorry for the hassle!
