I think the tag at the top of the lid says "Airport International V2.0" by Think Tank.

That is a really useful bag and a great size for travel!

I'm in the EXACT same boat, only I bought the Vertex 100 (not sure what I was thinking)... I also have it posted in the sale forum, and probably will just go up to the Vertex 300... I'm still not sure if I want a backpack, or the ThinkTank rolling style bag...

I think it was around 150 bucks with brand new foam. The foams already has pre cut lines so you just puck what you want to make it fit your stuff. Pretty cool stuff.
