Nice work! Capital Reflection is the real keeper. They're all good, it's just that the 4th is different, not easy to do for a landmark. Great work!

Slightly off topic, so did you take the train? Now I'm inspired to go back up to NYC, which I haven't visited in years.

Metro is certainly the way to travel to key locations in DC, though walking is required to actually see most places. Driving works, but parking is limited.

Okay, now I'm inspired. I always loved NYC. Amtrak will likely be how we go. It's been too many years since I've been in NY. Wife and daughter went a few years back, and I was left alone down here "suffering" in a quiet, peaceful house with a new MacBook. ;) When they returned, I saw they had a night photo with the 5th Ave Apple Store in the background, and they didn't even know it was there. (Heathens.)

Again, great DC shots. Thanks for sharing. Hope your trip down here was fun! Looks as if it was.

Nice photos. I really like how you made the Lincoln photo. Sure, the texture is always there, but you brought it out. I assume you post processed the photo to get that effect, yes? (After work tonight I need to play with a couple of my recent Lincoln Memorial photos.)

Here's a request for even more photos. Please post more.

Great photos! I too love the Lincoln photo. The only nitpic would be the cutting off of his right hand.

Where we're you when you took this - you seem to be almost eye level.

I love all your D.C. shots!
