I took these yesterday at Victoria Park in Glasgow. I'm fairly new to photography so any constructive criticism is welcome!

Hi Jennifer. Welcome to the forum.
As to your photographs: I would suggest giving the birds a bit more room in the frame and making sure not to clip any bodyparts (even the edge of a wing). Also next time bring the camera down as images, taken at eye level are usually much more interesting and more pleasing to look at than those that give us a balcony view.
You did well on the exposure though. It's not easy photographing an all white bird, but you did pretty well here. So I would say that this is a fine start. Now go out and practice and then post some more! :)
