Hyperdrive iPad vs Colorspace UDMA?

Does anyone have experience with either.
I'm not sure which to get for my ipad. I have jailbroken it and use ifile to transfer files between the ipad and usb thumb drives, but I'm not sure if it will work with the Colorspace UDMA.
Has anyone done this before?
I know that the Hyperdrive iPad will work, but if the colorspace udma works too, i might as well get that.

Any suggestions or help is greatly appreciated!

my guess is you need the ipad version...otherwise there would really be no marketing point as they seem to be around the same price (except you can buy a casing only w/ no screen for $150 cheaper)

but dunno for sure...just making a quick guess
