All these were taken within a 20 minute drive from my house. It's been nice weather lately for train watching and picture taking, but of course it seems like I'm always in the wrong spot to get the best angle or light

This moron couldn't wait the whole five seconds for the train to pass him in Jack London Square. The trains horn was blaring!

Caught this one while out for a spin on my handcycle. I should have been on the other side of the creek! This is in a city park in Pinole CA

Late afternoon Capital Corridor commuter running along San Pablo Bay through Hercules CA. Would have been better from the other side of the tracks, but I shoot from a wheelchair, and that wouldn't have been possible

Road switchers running light from the UP Oakland yard back to Martinez

Amtrak pulling into the Emeryville station

Beautiful set of image. I especially like the one with the two BNSF GP60Ms.

Nice series. I'm partial to the first one with the pedestrian crossing the tracks.

Good shots. Gotta love the moron in the first one looking to become a statistic.
