I might be relocating to the Sarasota, Fl area and was wondering if any POTN members that live in the area could answer a few questions for me.

1. What area(s) should I avoid when looking for a place to live.
2. What area(s) are best to look at (price wise). I don't mind driving up to 20 miles if needed.
3. Any other info that might be helpful.

I appreciate any input you might have.
