Engagement - California Beach in Winter

Last Sunday we completed an Engagement Session at Laguna Beach. Got to say we are pretty lucky photographers' to have the ability to shoot these kind of images in the dead of winter!

BTW - not to worry about the acid frame treatments ... just playing with OnOne Software toys!!

I'm not a big fan of the border.

That being said the lighting looks nice on their faces. I like the sky in #3 quite a bit but also would have loved a little fill flash or reflected light onto their faces.

ROFL I just did a couple (engagement shots) and they specifically asked for the white torn paper look border...I was going crazy thinking what that could be...could this bit it?

I like #3, the border makes me think the water is washing the picture away!

Technically good, but I don't care too much for the tilt, also first image is too feminine for the guy, I wouldn't pose them that way unless for obvious fun like the girl carrying the guy.
