I think I over did the eyes...Any way I would like to hear some pointers

before

A tip: Use the WB eyedropper to set the teeth to neutral grey (especially on young people) and good skin tone will often follow.

The OP said he shot in RAW. I'm afraid I don't quite understand how you leave a RAW file alone.
Please explain.

It's hard to gauge what this young lady's complexion type is, but she looks kinda Mediterranean. Yeah, as said, adjust the wb on ACR as best as possible. In Photoshop you can use layer masks to soften the skin a bit and sharpen the features... eyes, mouth, tip of the nose.
