you have a nice gear and more than enough of lighting equipment, you gotta use your creativity more. with that being said, these pics looks very amateurish and has the feel of just plain snap-shot.

"I done this...?" ;)

Ok, I'd simply try a little shallower DOF in most of these. Everything is in focus and it becomes distracting. As to the black and white, everything blends together and you have to really look to see the bride and groom. Perhaps this can be fixed in post...? Keep shooting!

I can't see and idea or concept in the image.
Many images are head on and that is booring and what everyone wth a P&S will take as well.

I love those shoes you could have played a little more with them, the first image is a semi good idea i would have used a silouette of the shoes and exposed towards an open window had i done something like that.

No:2 is just bad angle selection, those shoes are jus screamign to be photographed up close with that dress laying in the background slightly out of focus.

No:3 unuseable, i throw away alot of pictures like this every time i shoot. The swing probably looked nice but this is the wrong angle for it.

No:4 don't like the huge mass of blown out sky in the background the dress looks overexposed?
Tilting the image is a no no, they're kissing zooming in is a better idea you'd get the flowers and the couple with a Bokeh'ish tree behind them.

No:5 you need to photograph the "horsie-car" slightly from the side to give the image depth, i'd move to the left so one can see more of the path it will go up and move the driver out from behind the couple's heads.

No:6 not much expetience with cakes and table ornaments but better surroundings the the drapes in the background would do wonders. Maybe go behind it and get the guests in the background also move the camera lower.

The cake shot is ok. The others are flat and don't really do much for me.

I agree with you. at that time. I had no idea how to use DoF etc. I shot like f4-5.6 the entire wedding. Thanks again for your input (yes I love honest)

Thanks yeah for some reason I was unsure about DoF. It seem to me like if it was 2.8 nothing would be in focus besides the point I had the target on :( and you are current about the black and white shot. I don't this (yes I butcher it :( )

Thanks man! I love the honesty. Thanks again. I will take this advice and run with it for my next wedding.
