I think the subject pretty much sums up the shoot lol.
Normally i list my settings, but im too lazy LOL

thanks.... i'm at work and cant see the pics... i forgot which ones i posted lol...
I think i was using 2 flashes. What do you mean more seperation???? perhaps back lighting???

ah gotcha!

the first pic i used 2 speedlites. camera right in a softbox and i think the left one was bare.
the second pic i mounted the cam on a tripod and shot each person separate, then put em together in PS. So i lit the dudes with one speedlite in a softbox, and i lit the girl with 2 speedlites in an umbrella and softbox... you can actually see the umbrella over the mma fighter's shoulder. Forgot to erase that... but it's no biggie
