Transform... Skew. Grab the handle in the top right corner and move it away from the center of the shot. The Transform selection (marching ants) will look like a parallelogram now. Basically just pull the handle until the tower is stright. Hopefully then the opposite side will also be straight. If not, Edit... Transform... Something... You can take my 100-400 L away when you pry it from my cold, dead fingers.

The first thing I did was straighten the photo to square off the verticals in the photo (also with the crop tool). -BKT
