that's a red lamborghini murcielago, I took this picture In 2008.

They photoshoped it out and used it in the music video.

how do I know? there's a reflection of a yellow gallardo on the side, exactly like in my picture. This is my picture 100%.

I wouldn't have known but a friend of mine sent me the video and he was like "hey I'm pretty sure that's your picture".

here's the picture:

What should I do, I'm not going to let someone steal my picture and get away with it.

Contact them and get paid son!

Nice catch btw...how in the hell did you notice that?

EDIT: Ok, I have watched the video a few times now at the spot with the car and I just can't see the reflection. This may be hard to prove.

They squished the car a bit, but I can see it clear as day.

I would contact a lawyer (if you care that much about it). Otherwise I would let it go.

after seeing the video it definitely is the car.

but to be honest, why care so much? its harmless being in such a video. Its not like they are getting money off using your car...they could have used any car for that matter.

yes the picture is watermarked, it has my name clearly on it.

I'm not going to get a lawyer, I'm going to try and get in contact with someone.

I just don't like someone taking my picture which HAS my name on it, and use it without my permission. I wouldn't get it away for free.

I'll see what I can do.

thanks for the tips.

What is your goal of this? Making some money off the usage or having them use a different car?

well they won't use a different car as the video is already out there...

being compensated sounds fair... but that's not what it is about. I just don't like the fact they used it "without my permission". Probably just some dude who google'd red murcielago, and saved the picture.

that's like me using one of your pics as my website banner without asking you.

but looks like I'll just let this slide, I've searched around and don't know how to get in contact with.

I will never know how you saw that. Took me going back and forth a few times, but I see the light reflection just across the top of the hood insignia, the highlights on the front of the care, the mirrors...that's def. the same photo.

As Charles Barkley would say..."Man, dat's turble."
