Anyone know which one goes on the Canon 60D? I know my eyepiece extender from my old Canon XSi won't fit and BH photo isn't exactly clear on which one to buy..thanks.

According to Canon, you need the EP-EX15 II

You'll note that the XSI is also on the list, which doesn't sound right since your old one did not fit, best check with Canon directly.

also at the bottom of the Canon 60D page, it lists the EP-EX15 II.

The EP-EX15 and the EP-EX15 II have the exact same mounts. The only difference is the overall dimension of the mark I was wider. They narrowed the mark II to fit the newer rebel bodies. the EP-EX15 II should fit every body except for the 7D and the 1D(s) series.

From the photos on this thread, it looks like the original is the same shape as the actual eyecup and the newer version EX-15II is smaller - I suspect that is to accommodate the XTi bodies.

I'm looking at the same thing for a 40D body and believe the original EX-15 is a better fit for all the 20, 30, 40 ,50 60D's and the EX-15II is for the XT... bodies. I know the Canon site list the new version for all that we have been discussing but that may be a prelude to discontinuing the original and making one "universal" product???

OP, get the original (not the mark II version). The original one fits flush with the 60D while the new one is too small and looks awkward.

Did you really expect her to get back to you after a year and a half?
