The 'Charlie Chaplin' is called Diego and he usually works the South Bank or, at least, he used to. If you ever see him again, you might take the time to stop and watch his entire act. He's one of the best street entertainers I've seen.

I haven't been to London many times - the last few times were for gigs, shows and gallery visits. I will look out for Diego next time I visit, as I say we walked down South Bank and actually found him in Notting Hill.
