A bap is a bread roll as described in England, not a term used throught Britain. Presumably the pork is filled in the bap in the various regular forms for doing so.

A bap(s) is also urban slang for breasts, as in "she has a nice pair of baps" I presume the photograph above refers to the bread roll variety.
