I need help please. My new Sigma 610 DG Super, when mounted on the hot shoe, won't fire. I have been through the manual for the flash and the camera but am unable get this to work. I can get it to fire when its set as a slave to my 7Ds internal flash. When I go into my cameras menu (flash control) and go to external flash func setting, the Flash Mode and Shutter Sync and FEB are greyed out. I also can't go into External Flash C.Fn Settings. Everything I've read says the camera and flash are compatible and should be able to utilize all of the functions of the flash. In short I am at my wits end and was wondering if any of you gurus might help. Thanks in advance.
