I was in Brisbane for one night only on my trip. Forgot about the difference in time zones, so when I realised the sun was setting a lot earlier than I had planned I walked from my hotel near Roma Street station up to this location and took two panoranics. This one was just a quick composite in Photoshop the other day at work, but I'll probably go over it in detail soon and maybe make a print of it.

C&C welcomed, especially anything that needs to change in post as I won't exactly be able to go out and shoot this again :p

Taken with a 40D and it was probably just with the 28-135.

Beautifully done! I live here and you've capture the bridge here as well if not better than I've managed. Thanks for sharing :-)

I agree. I usually go further around Bowen Tce to Wilson's Outlook, but this one closer is quite nice. A pity you only had one night, there is so much to see and shoot in Brisbane.

Thanks guys. Yeah I was hoofing it pretty quickly that night. I wanted to stop by the Anzac square on the way up but had to keep walking past it. I grabbed a few gelled flashed shots on the way back and some long exposures.

I did enjoy getting swooped by bats/flying foxes on my walk back up the river :)

The other pano I took was further down the street to the right and had the lights of the Gabba off to the left, but there was just too much empty space on that side of the photo.
