The lady who contacted me was from the marketing company working with the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium, and would be used in their brochure for their waterpark.

Offer to do a shoot for the Columbus Zoo & Aquarium and have an assistant get release forms signed & charge accordingly ;-)a

Was this photo taken at the CZ&A or another park? Gonzogolf has a valid point on ther being a potential release on the ticket/entry.

It was taken at another park... Sadly there is nothing I found out on the website about the release on ticket/entry, but I did email the park directly to find out for sure.

She did contact me back and did say they needed a release... But she would contact me in the future if any of my images can be used for future projects they work on.

Would of been nice though, my first paid work! I will take it as a compliment though :D

Is a good shot. Is one of those shots that you would expect to see in any of the water amusement parks... Although, I would brighten the water splash a bit more to more white or more cooler..... :)

Oh I agree fully, I would of did some minor color adjustments prior to sending them the "final" photos :D
